Back to Village: Reuniting with Beloved Mother

First day back to work and still feeling the village vibes? What's happening at Mutual+?

Surprised, But Not So Surprised

The hustle and bustle of Ramadan, Eid, and the annual exodus (mudik) have passed, and the migrants have returned to Jakarta. On the first day back to work, Tuesday, April 16th, 2024, the committee prepared a surprise for the birthday celebration of Mutual+'s Director, Ms. Anna. Well, you could say it wasn't exactly a surprising surprise since she already knew one chair was missing for today's decorations, hehe.

FYI, there's always something unique in each Management's birthday celebration with out-of-the-box themes. "Back to Village" was the theme for this event. The village vibes were still lingering as we welcomed the first day back to work with a countryside-style dress code.

Prayers, Hopes & Togetherness

It began with noble prayers and hopes full of goodness conveyed by the Mutual+ employees for our beloved Ms. Anna. Then it continued with candle blowing, cake cutting, gift-giving, and lunch together.

Not stopping there, this celebration ended with pizza and spaghetti in Turkish style. Oh, wouldn't it be nice if we could have gatherings and meals outside the office once a month? Hehe, just a wishful thought! In conclusion, Thank you, Boss!
