This week, MUTUAL+ and ERHA organized an outing at The Highland Park Resort & Hotel Bogor on December 11th & 12th, 2023. Attended by 70 MTC ERHA teams consisting of BAs, SMDs, and MD Promoters from Jabodetabek, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Cirebon, and Surabaya. Through games, shared meals, reflections, and other exciting activities, this event is expected to be a place for refreshment, fostering camaraderie, improving cohesion, and a venue for fun after a year of extraordinary efforts.
A quick flashback, this team was formed and started in 2019 with just 5 people, and by the end of 2023, it has grown to 97 people across Indonesia. Given ERHA’s outstanding achievements, ERHA rewards 46 individuals in the categories of pioneer and outstanding sales achievement that goes beyond target up to hundreds of millions.
In addition to these three categories, there are also Monthly Learning Quiz prizes for 3 BAs and rewards from MUTUAL+ for the game winners in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place groups.
