A First Step in Bringing “Pelita Kasih” to Panti Rehabilitasi Jiwa Dr. Onny Subakir
As part of the 6th Batch of the Mutual+ Scholarship Program, Group 1 from Universitas Brawijaya comprising Kemala, Rafif, Tifa, and Najwa is preparing to embark on a social journey at Panti Rehabilitasi Jiwa Dr. Onny Subakir, located at Jl. Dr. Wahidin No. 49, Krajan, Kalirejo, Lawang District, Malang Regency, East Java. This center serves as a place of healing for those striving to rediscover hope and independence.
Over the next four weeks, we will carry out a series of meaningful activities under the theme “Pelita Kasih”, including health check-ups, group exercise sessions, paper flower bouquet crafting, interactive games, and memory collage creation. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to support the rehabilitation process, strengthen social connections, and foster a positive spirit within the patients.
Through this small step, we hope to weave happiness with threads of compassion and care, while believing that every sincere gesture can ignite a new light in the healing process. We also believe that simple acts of kindness hold the power to transform the future for the better.
Together, we weave hope, one smile at a time.
