The group from IPB University, consisting of Afrida, Fitria, Nurul, and Zahrotur, successfully carried out Mutualplus Social Project 2. The activity designed by this group, titled “Brave With a Smile” was implemented at the Sahabat Orang Sakit (SOS) Shelter Foundation on Slamet Riyadi Street, Legok, Jambi City as a form of holistic support that includes not only material assistance but also psychosocial and emotional support.
Carrying “A Smile That Grows Strength” as the theme, the activity was organized around happiness and courage, featuring programs such as Letters of Courage, Rainbow Fruit Bowl, Safecare Keychain, and Bright Box.
Through the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that it can provide meaningful social interaction space for patients, thereby improving their psychological condition, sense of optimism, cheerfulness, and inner strength, enabling them to undergo treatment with greater resilience and hope.
