The group consisting of Natasya, Muhammad Rizal, and Amanda has carried out Mutualplus Social Project 2. Students from IPB University who are part of one group implemented the social activity “Bright Hearts” at Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI) Jakarta as a form of care and concern for children with cancer.
Bright Hearts is motivated by the increasing number of cancer cases and the significant physical, psychological, and social impacts experienced by children with cancer during long-term treatment. This activity presents positive programs focused on emotional support, social assistance, and providing space for self-expression and recreation for children with cancer. This activity also represents the involvement of volunteers as part of an important psychosocial support system for children’s well-being.
Through Bright Hearts, it is expected to create a more caring, inclusive, and supportive environment for the recovery process, while also fostering new hope for children to keep smiling and remain optimistic about the future.
